Academic Evaluation

Just like at the doctor it all begins with an evaluation form. We need to have a proper starting point to know what situation you are in. It would help us to understand what kind of support you will be needing.

With the info that is given to us, we will find the teacher that is most suited for your needs. Our teacher will analyze your situation and create an initial plan. From that point, we will contact you and schedule the initial trial class to have the student come and assess your child’s current level.

We try to keep the first class simple. This is a time for us to get to know each other. We know it takes time to get comfortable with the teacher and build a relationship, and that’s why in the trial we recommend the family to have as many questions as possible, so we can spend the time putting your mind at ease.

At the end of the class, we will compile all info gathered during class and explain your child’s strengths and areas that need improvements and EXACTLY how we’re going to improve them. Some people choose to jump right in, while others like to get a feel of how things go. Feel free to choose whichever option you’re comfortable with.

After deciding the program that best fits you. Our teacher will be documenting your child’s learning as we go, to keep track of any progress that we’ve made, or any more underlying issues that we couldn’t see in the trial class. Ultimately, our goal is to eliminate all hurdles and help your child reach their maximum potential!!!
